Muay thai level 1
at 360 we have multiple great coaches on deck each class ready to teach the art of muay thai. in each junior muay thai class we do a mixture of footwork, bagwork, partner work, and padwork. builds strength, conditioning, and confidence while teaching authenticity, discipline, and humility.
Junior muay thai
in muay thai level 1 we learn the art of hitting and holding pads. a great workout that builds CONDITIONING, accuracy, and power through technique. we hold thai pads for eachother in a safe manner that provides structure and creativity. this class we work on the basics of muay thai, great for beginners that are brand new to the seasoned nak muay pro that is trying to further their fundamentals.
